胰蛋白胨提供碳氮源;3 號膽鹽抑制革蘭氏陽性菌,特別抑制革蘭氏陽性桿菌和糞腸球菌;乳糖是可發(fā)酵的糖類;磷酸氫二鉀和磷酸二氫鉀為緩沖劑;氯化鈉可維持均衡的滲透壓。
Tryptone provides carbon and nitrogen source. Bile salt 3 inhibits gram-positive bacteria, especially Gram-positive bacteria and enterococcus faecalis. Lactose is a fermentable sugar; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents. Sodium chloride can maintain a balanced osmotic pressure.

使用方法
Usage
稱取本品37.0g,加熱攪拌溶解于 1000ml蒸餾水中,分裝到有倒立發(fā)酵管的16mm*150mm試管中,每管8ml,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。
